Patent Status:  Patent pending

Mystery Pops contains an elastic mystery toy/character inside of a small base/disc.  There is a thin plastic layer on top of the base concealing the toy.  The toy’s base is tethered by a detachable tube connected to either an air pump or a syringe pre-filled with slime.

There are two different versions of Mystery Pops.  In the first version, a syringe pre-filled with slime is injected into the toy’s base connected to the deflated character.  As you begin pushing the slime into the base, the pressure causes the concealing lid to pop off and the mystery toy is revealed.  The character is now filled with slime creating an elastic squishy sensation.  In the second version, an air pump is used to reveal the mystery toy.  The air pump is squeezed manually multiple times, the concealing lid pops off and the toy is revealed resulting in an air filled elastic character.

The tube is then detached from the port by twisting it off the back of the toy’s base.  The bottom of the base is equipped with spring loaded wheels allowing the user to pull back the toy releasing it watching it zoom across the room.
